The scope of this project includes renovation of an existing 6,100 square foot office building into a long-term
studio dwelling units. New individual storage units for each tenant are also planning on the property. Work
includes, but not limited to concrete, wood framing, asphalt shingle roofing, interior finishes, painting, doors
and hardware, HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler system, fire alarm system and electrical scope of work. The
site will be improved with new grading and drainage, asphalt paving, concrete curb, gutter, sidewalks,
landscaping and pressurized irrigation.
