The Lofts at Buffalo Hill

The project generally consists of the following: demolition of existing structures, new construction addition of an apartment building, remodel of existing

spaces, and site work such as excavation, utility installations and parking lot construction. See Contract Documents for a complete scope of the Work. The

project scope generally consists of the following, and has been separated into four volumes, as follows:

1.  Volume 1: South Parking Lot Reconstruction: demolish existing site and building elements as indicated and reconstruct the parking lot. Relocate existing

generator and landscape area.

2.  Volume 2: The Terraces Cafe Remodel: Remodel the existing kitchen located in The Terraces at Buffalo Hill. Include structural modifications, finish upgrades

and kitchen equipment.

3.  Volume 3: The Lofts at Buffalo Hill: Construct the Lofts building complete as indicated.

Volume 4: Pedestrian Bridge and Connector: Construct the Elevated Pedestrian Bridge "Skybridge" across Claremont and construct connect element into The

Terraces wing
