Work of the project consists of the replacement of eight (8) existing roof top units and one (1) air
handler unit located at the Teton River Business Center 343 E 4th N, Rexburg, ID 83440. Project includes
all associated work with removing existing units and installation of new units including piping, wiring,
controls, and all connections to existing gas and power. Work also includes all patching and repairing of
areas damaged during installation of units including sealing of all new and abandoned penetrations
associated with installation of the new equipment.
