A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: The remodel and structural upgrade of an existing 38,000 square foot building. 24,000
square feet will be fully finished out into an office/headquarters building for the Idaho State Police. The other 14,000 square feet will be constructed as a warm
grey shell. This project will also include a 3,600 square foot pre-engineered metal storage building
