DPW-23400-IDOL Pocatello Office Renovation

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include limited site improvements and

renovation of an existing regional office for the Idaho Department of Labor in Pocatello, Idaho. The single-story

construction type is VB construction with a total building area of approximately 17,000 sf. The scope

of work for the project will feature a new public entrance vestibule with updated exterior concrete work, closer

accessible parking, and newly designed curb ramps. Restroom facilities will be renovated, and new carpet

and paint will be applied throughout the office. Additionally, the renovation includes updates to electrical,

lighting, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
