Project Description:
Work at the existing Clapp building on The University of Montana Campus. The building was completed in 1971 and houses classroom and office space. Work
includes a full replacement of the existing hydraulic elevator equipment and fixtures, with a new 5,000 lb rated MRL Elevator creating a fire rated space for the
elevator equipment room, localized mechanical and electrical work and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
