Project Description:

The work consists of but is not limited to:

Earthwork, concrete footings and foundations, concrete slab on grade, wood framing, site improvements, landscaping, EIFS cladding, membrane roofing,

standing seam metal roofing, aluminum windows, sectional doors, gypsum board assemblies, interior finishes, mechanical systems, plumbing system, fire

suppression system, electrical system, technology system and other work indicated in the Contract Documents

This work is to include all tools, equipment, materials and labor to complete this project.
