A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include the following: Construction of a
building addition to include a new elevator hoist way, vestibule, and installation of a three-stop machine
room less traction elevator. In addition, a new accessible concrete walk will be constructed from the street
right of way to the new entry and elevator. Work is to include, but not limited to, selective demolition, site
excavation, concrete work, steal and metal stud framed addition, metal siding, roofing, door and windows,
interior finishes, electrical, mechanical, and fire sprinkler.
