Project Description:
Martel Construction is seeking bids for all scopes of work generally consisting of, but not limited to the following: Demo, shoring, concrete, masonry structural steel, carpentry glu lam construction, foundation insulation, waterproofing/dampproofing, doors and hardware, fire sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, access control, fire alarm, Site Work Package (excavation, backfill, site cut & fill with laydown yard, & utilities) and fencing.
This work is to include all tools, equipment, materials and labor to complete this project.
